Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 or have a parent or legal guardian agree on your behalf.
- Maintain accurate account information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts for misuse, nonpayment, or policy violations.
Memberships and subscriptions
- Membership terms, session credits, and pricing are shown at purchase. Some plans auto-renew until canceled.
- Cancel renewals through your account or by contacting support before the renewal date to avoid future charges.
- We may update offerings and pricing with reasonable notice where required by law.
Facility use and safety
- You acknowledge the inherent risks of physical activity including potential injury. You agree to use reasonable care, follow staff instructions, and comply with posted safety rules.
- You represent that you are medically cleared to participate. Consult a physician before starting any program.
- We may restrict or refuse participation if safety is a concern.
- Minors must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian who assumes responsibility and provides required consents.
Coaching video motion capture and performance data
- We may record video and collect motion capture and performance metrics during sessions.
- Recordings may be stored with your account to provide coaching, track progress, and create personalized plans.
- We will not publicly disclose your recordings without your consent. You grant us a limited license to process and display them to you and relevant staff for service delivery.
Products orders and shipping
- Product availability, pricing, taxes, and shipping fees are shown at checkout. We reserve the right to correct errors.
- Title and risk of loss pass at shipment. Shipping dates are estimates.
- Inspect deliveries upon receipt and contact support promptly for issues.
Returns refunds and cancellations
Return and cancellation windows, any restocking fees, and non-returnable items are described at purchase or on our help page. For facility bookings, late cancel or no-show fees may apply according to the plan you purchased.
User content and feedback
If you post reviews or submit suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content for operations and marketing. Do not upload unlawful, harassing, or infringing content.
Acceptable use
- No misuse of equipment, recording in restricted areas, or behavior that endangers staff or guests.
- No attempts to scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the site or systems.
- No infringement of intellectual property or violation of privacy rights.
Intellectual property
The site, brand, content, software, designs, training materials, and data are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Marketing communications
You may receive email or SMS related to your account, bookings, and promotions. You can opt out of marketing at any time; service messages will still be sent as needed.
Disclaimers
- Services and content are provided as is and as available without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
- We do not guarantee specific performance outcomes.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to us in the six months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless Athletic Motion Golf Club and its officers, employees, and agents from claims arising out of your use of the site, facility, or violation of these Terms.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for any reason, including safety concerns, nonpayment, or violations. Sections intended to survive will continue after termination.
Changes to terms
We may update these Terms and will revise the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law and venue
Florida law governs these Terms. Exclusive venue lies in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida. You consent to personal jurisdiction there.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. These Terms together with the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement regarding your use of our services.
