Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to sign a contract when I join?
No. You are free to cancel your membership at any time for any reason. You will have access for the remainder of your prepaid membership term, but you will not be renewed or charged again. Cancellations MUST be made in writing by emailing [email protected] or by calling our front desk.
If I need to cancel, do you offer refunds?
No, we do not offer refunds on our membership packages as they include discounted bay access. Much like a gym, you can pay for monthly or annual access and cancel at any time. When you cancel, you will have access until your paid term expires.
Can I change memberships if I want to?
Of course. We can change your membership at the front desk for you, or you can login to the website (or app) and make the changes at any time.
Do I need to be a member to get lessons from Mike and Shaun?
No. Although membership perks offer huge savings, you will always be able to book lessons, clinics, AMG schools, and events. You can book them all from your phone or computer once logged into your account.
Can I book lessons, clinics, schools and fittings if I'm not a member?
Yes. You'll just need to create an account on the website or app. Once you have an account set up, you'll be able to book any of our services a la carte. Keep in mind, our membership levels will save you more value than cost on services like these listed.
Can I bring family members?
You can add up to three immediate family members to your membership level for a small fee per person. After signing up, contact us via email or at the front desk to arrange the add-ons.
Can I use additional hours past my membership allowance if I desire?
We have a 2-hour limit on hitting bay reservations for Silver and Gold members to ensure fair access for all. If you wish to stay beyond your daily or monthly allowance, your account will be billed for the additional time in 1-hour increments.
